Prof Elizabeth von Hauff takes over as director of Fraunhofer FEP

As of 1 June 2021, Prof Elizabeth von Hauff is the new director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Organic Electronics, Electron Beam and Plasma Technology FEP in Dresden, Germany. In addition, Prof von Hauff has been appointed to the Technische Universität Dresden (TUD), chair of Coating Technologies for Electronics.

Ynvisible Interactive announces changes to its board of directors

Ynvisible Interactive Inc. (Vancouver, Canada) has appointed Alex Langer as a new independent member of its board of directors effective 3 June 2021. Concurrent with the appointment of Alex Langer, current board member Duarte Mineiro will be stepping down. Changes in the management board of 3D-Micromac AG

3D-Micromac AG (Chemnitz, Germany), a leading specialist in laser micromachining and roll-to-roll laser processing systems, has announced that as part of its successful strategic realignment, a consortium of US investors has acquired a majority stake in the company. The founder and previous majority shareholder Tino Petsch has also sold part of his share package and will withdraw from the operative business. His former fellow board member, Uwe Wagner, will continue to manage the business of 3D-Micromac AG with overall responsibility.
