Ynvisible Interactive signs binding letter of intent to acquire Consensum Production AB

Ynvisible Interactive Inc. (Vancouver, Canada) has entered into a binding letter of intent with Consensum Production AB from Sweden, dated 8 July 2019, which sets out the basic terms and conditions pursuant to which Ynvisible will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Consensum.

Chinese packaging company Baoshen joins growing customer list for PragmatIC’s flexible integrated circuits

PragmatIC (Cambridge, UK), a leader in ultra-low-cost flexible electronics, has announced that BSN, part of the Baoshen Group, has placed an order for its recently released ConnectIC products. This adds to an already strong order book for PragmatIC’s unique flexible integrated circuits that are considered to be the ideal solution for adding intelligence to mass-market consumer goods and packaging.
