Ynvisible Interactive Inc. (Vancouver, Canada) has announced a partnership with Invisense AB, a leader for passive humidity sensors. The agreement between the companies establishes Ynvisible as the preferred manufacturing partner for Invisense’s growing range of humidity sensor products.

Leonhard Kurz: Automated sensor integration live at K 2019

Leonhard Kurz (Fürth, Germany) will be demonstrating the automated integration of touchscreen sensors into plastic parts. The sensors will be applied to a white goods control panel using Kurz’s patent pending FFB (Functional Foil Bonding) process. The process was presented for the first time at Fakuma 2018 and is now being adopted in series production applications. A semi-rotary variant of FFB will be displayed at the Kurz booth for the first time.

This division focuses on connected sensors, input systems and industrial electronics with cloud platforms and enterprise software. Mobile communication technology was set at an early stage as the path for data transmission – the LTE-M and NB-IoT energy-saving and data-saving options as well as LoRa (Long Range Wireless) and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) options in addition to the 2G, 3G and LTE standards.
