Genes’Ink presents its Smart’ink Inkjet family of nanoparticle silver inks

Genes’Ink from France, a developer and manufacturer of conductive and semi-conductive inks, has unveiled its Smart’ink Inkjet family of nanoparticle silver inks that are reported to have an unrivalled conductivity for inkjet deposition. The company’s conductive inks for inkjet printing are said to offer the best conductivity and fast curing required for rapid digital prototyping up to full-scale commercial manufacturing.

Ynvisible scales production with new printing line and customer training facility

Ynvisible Interactive Inc. (Vancouver, Canada), specialised in creating ultra-low power, dynamic displays in printed electronics, has opened a new production and customer training facility. The new sheet-to-sheet production line will enable ynvisible to produce electrochromic devices for orders in the hundreds of thousands of unit per production run for products such as smart labels and Internet of Things devices.

Ynvisible granted patent for specialised electrolyte and electrochromic system

Ynvisible Interactive Inc. (Vancouver, Canada), a company that specialises in creating ultra-low power displays for printed electronics, has been granted an EU patent for a specialised electrolyte formulation that allows for the integration of electrochromic inks directly into the electrolyte layers. This formulation offers a reduction in the overall number of ink layers required to produce electrochromic devices, substantially increasing manufacturing efficiency.
