Dr Xioalin Yan, Guangdong JUHUA Printing, is confirmed as vice chairman for Asia. Dr Alain Schumacher, IEE, and Richard Ellinger, American Semiconductor, are elected in their positions as Vice Chairman Europe and North America respectively.
