Thin Film Electronics ASA (Thinfilm), Oslo, Norway, recently announced that it has completed the acquisition of Kovio, Inc., San Jose, USA, technology, intellectual property, and manufacturing assets, and has opened the Thinfilm NFC Innovation Center in the heart of Silicon Valley.
