Dr Ralph Paetzold will lead a multidisciplinary European team: Moïra Asses (senior VP of strategy and marketing), Mélanie Bertrand (VP technology), Hermann Issa (senior VP business development and project management), Sebastian Meier (VP corporate development and partner management), Tobias Sauermann (VP industrial), and Nicolas Vannieuwenhuyse (VP for key accounts). His key goal is to actively advance the fight against global warming, thanks to the innovative solar ASCA solution.
Optomec (Albuquerque, New Mexico), an established leader in additive manufacturing solutions for 3D metal printing and 3D printed electronics, has recently received more than US$7M worth of new orders from its installed base. The orders include more than 10 new systems being added to increase capacity for existing users, together with a range of enabling software products and digital process recipes.
As of 1 June 2021, Prof Elizabeth von Hauff is the new director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Organic Electronics, Electron Beam and Plasma Technology FEP in Dresden, Germany. In addition, Prof von Hauff has been appointed to the Technische Universität Dresden (TUD), chair of Coating Technologies for Electronics.
