On 5 July 2024, Lifeline SPAC I and the shareholders of Canatu Oy have entered into a share exchange agreement. This agreement will see Lifeline SPAC I acquiring all shares, option rights and other rights exchangeable to shares in Canatu, thereby forming a combined, publicly listed company.
On 11 July 11 2024 at 15:00 CEST, the newly elected officers of the Society for Information Display Mid-Europe Chapter (SID-MEC) will meet for their first conference, which will be held as an online meeting. SID-MEC is the Central European branch of the Society for Information Display (SID).
