During the general assembly of the OE-A (Organic and Printed Electronics Association), which took place on 10 June 2013 at the Fraunhofer EMFT in Munich, Germany, its members elected a new board of directors.
At LOPE-C 2013 4JET Technologies GmbH, a German producer of laser systems, introduced a new laser process for the customisation and optimising of OLEDs. The technology is a joint development with the German Novaled AG, which is specialised in the development of technologies and materials for OLEDs and other organic electronics.
According to the closing report of organiser Messe München the 5th LOPE-C, which was staged from 11 – 13 June 2013 in Munich, was visited by 1 800 participants from about 40 countries. This means an increase of just over 20% compared to last year.
