Talkin‘ Things and MCC combine augmented reality and NFC technology on new beer label

The Multi-Color Corporation (MCC), which is based in Batavia, Ohio, and Talkin’ Things (Las Vegas, Nevada) recently announced that they have become the first Internet of Things packaging platform providers to combine augmented reality (AR) and NFC technology to create a unique customer experience in connected product that is expected to help boost its sales. With a power conversion efficiency of 27.1 percent, the new imec tandem cell beats the most efficient standalone silicon solar cell.
