VDL and Solliance team up for in OPV production

 

VDL Groep of Eindhoven and Solliance, an alliance of ECN, imec, TNO, Holst Centre, TU/e and Forschungszentrum Jülich, have recently announced a cooperation for the development of a pilot production line for organic photovoltaics (OPV).

According to the agreement the trial production line is being built this year and will be installed in the new Solliance building at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven in early 2014. VDL will also begin marketing the newly developed production equipment.
