Thinfilm and PST enter into purchase and license agreement

 

PST Sensors Ltd, a South Africa based developer and producer of temperature sensors, and Thin Film Electronics ASA (Thinfilm), a Norwegian producer of printed systems, have entered into a purchase and license agreement.

The contract secures Thinfilm the right to use, produce, and have manufactured PST's printed thermistors as a component for use in its printed sensor smart labels.
