With over 1,100 exhibitors, The Battery Show Europe 2025, held in Stuttgart, Germany, from 3 to 5 June, reaffirmed its position as the leading platform for the European battery industry. OPE journal was on site – here are some impressions from the exhibition halls.
Compared to last year’s event, The Battery Show Europe 2025 has once again grown – a clear sign of the remarkable momentum in the international battery market. The increased number of exhibitors reflects the industry’s strong interest in entering the market with a wide range of innovative products and services related to battery technology and production, seizing opportunities for diversification and international growth driven by rising demand.
The trade fair in pictures: our exclusive overview
As the European battery and EV industry becomes increasingly complex – from continuously evolving regulatory requirements to the need for scalable and sustainable supply chains – The Battery Show Europe plays a central role. Running alongside the exhibition was the Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo, the only trade fair and conference dedicated exclusively to batteries and electric and hybrid drive technologies.
The integrated technical conference featured high-profile keynote speakers and focused on several key topics, including advanced battery technologies, electric and hybrid vehicle integration, and battery manufacturing and supply chain. More than 90 speakers and over 32 hours of panel discussions, technical presentations and hands-on workshops provided participants with in-depth expertise and up-to-date industry insights. The Battery Show Europe is part of the world’s largest event series for advanced battery technologies, organised by Informa Markets Engineering.
The Battery Show Europe 2026 will take place from 9 to 11 June 2026, once again at Messe Stuttgart.
