Smartrac appoints new CFO
The Smartrac Technology Group (Amsterdam, The Netherlands), recently announced the appointment of Dr Kerstin Reden as chief financial officer, filling a vacancy in the leadership team of the RFID products and IoT solutions provider. Prior to her promotion, Kerstin Reden led Smartrac’s finance team with the rank of senior vice president.
“With her deep career background, rich experience and numerous achievements, Kerstin Reden proved to be the perfectly logical choice as our new CFO. In this role, she will further strengthen a transparent finance and human resources leadership function, making the best use of people, data and financial resources for the core objective of our strategy: to provide best-in-class RFID-based IoT solutions for our customers,” said Christian Uhl, CEO of Smartrac.
Kerstin Reden (48) holds a PhD (doctorate) in economics and certifications as a tax advisor and certified public accountant under German law. Before joining Smartrac in 2012, she held managerial positions at a major auditing firm and a leading supplier of specialty glass and glass-ceramics.
