Pixelligent names new VP of Sales & Marketing

Pixelligent Technologies (Baltimore, Maryland) appointed materials expert Jeff Anderson to its leadership team. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, he is expected to build a global organisation to grow sales, deepen engagements with customers, and elevate the company’s brand worldwide. Pixelligent’s PixClear Designer Compounds are used by leaders to enable AR/MR/XR devices, OLED/Mini and MicroLED displays, optical/LIDAR sensors, and industrial applications. They are reported to deliver unprecedented efficiency, performance, and sustainability advantages.

Anderson built his career at leading global materials companies, including 3M, Ceradyne, and Saint-Gobain Ceramics. He joins Pixelligent from Concept Group where he re-branded the vacuum insulation technology leader, expanded the sales organisation, and boosted growth by investing in digital capabilities.

Previously, he was a sales executive at Ceradyne. With a keen eye for customers’ next-generation materials roadmaps, he routinely grew year-over-year sales for the ceramics leader, leveraging his product knowledge to build enduring relationships with key global accounts. When 3M Advanced Materials acquired Ceradyne he became a US business manager, eventually directing the complete Ceradyne line. Under his leadership, the team exceeded growth targets by increasing market share and penetrating new sectors previously dominated by competitors.

“Jeff’s disciplined approach to sales and marketing will help us grow strategically and rapidly,” said Pixelligent’s President & CEO, Craig Bandes. “Better yet, his extensive materials expertise gives customers a knowledgeable resource to support their integration of our materials into their product designs. He’s a great fit at this go-to-market inflection point for Pixelligent.”

Anderson was drawn to Pixelligent for its game-changing innovation and shrewd product strategy. “Increasing sales and expanding our market reach is next. That’s my forte, and with several unique products now available to customers, the success ingredients are in place. I’m excited to join this talented team and get started.”

Jeff holds a BS degree in ceramic engineering and a ME degree in ceramic and materials engineering, both from Clemson University in South Carolina. His MBA degree is from the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon.
