After three show days, the LOPEC, the leading European trade show for printed electronics, has ended with a significant visitor growth. More than 2300 visitors from 42 countries came to Munich’s congress centre ICM from 3 to 5 March. This means an increase by 10%.

More than 50% of all visitors came from foreign countries. Besides Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, USA, The Netherlands, France and Korea were the top visitor countries. For the first time, companies from Israel, Canada and Lithuania were present.

LOPEC covers the entire value chain of printed electronics. Wolfgang Mildner, general chair LOPEC, emphasises the multitude of exhibits: “We have seen as many products as never before at this show.” Besides automotive, smart packaging and wearables were further important topics at the event.
