BST Presents BEST LINE Product Range at LOPEC 2024
Inefficient inspection, unplanned machine downtime and resulting delivery delays are the most pressing challenges for the printed electronics' industry. At LOPEC 2024, BST will present its ultra-precise BEST LINE product range (Hall B0, booth B0.205), featuring pioneering innovations for optimum web guiding, surface inspection, web monitoring, register and coating control. With these solutions, the German company aims to effectively address the mentioned critical issues and increase productivity of its customers.
One example to be featured at LOPEC is the high-speed inspection system TubeScan Pro (as pictured). It detects print defects with a resolution of up to 0.1 mm, even at speeds of up to 500 meters per minute. Also introduced will be the high-performance web guiding system FRAMEGuide Pro, which is particularly suitable for applications requiring maxi-mum precision, as the company explains. The system delivers highly accurate control results with repeatability of +/- 10 µm and is according to BST particularly suitable for demanding industries due to its compact design and flexibility. Also in the lineup is the high-resolution RSC matrix camera sensor regi_star 20 Pro, which features ultra-precise measurement accuracy and is essential to produce safety and functio-nally relevant products in printed electronics. "With its high-precision scanning and control algorithms, regi_star 20 Pro detects even the smallest deviations in the smallest dot mark fields and enables ultra-precise measurement accuracy of up to 2 µm," BST states. The camera-based sensor CLS CAM 100 complements the product range. It controles the web directly according to objects or motifs in the center of the web to minimize variations in web width and to improve process reliability and quality.
