Together with the EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Large-Area Electronics / University of Cambridge, the OE-A (Organic Electronics Association) is organising “Printed Electronics Insights: Smart Packaging & IoT” – a day of presentations and a panel-discussion, co-sponsored by FlexTech.

Sun Chemical to showcase solutions for biosensors and medical devices at MD&M East 2017

Sun Chemical (Parsippany, New Jersey) and its parent company, DIC Corporation, will exhibit their wide portfolio of solutions for biosensors and medical devices during MD&M East 2017 on 13-15 June in New York City. The event is considered to be the largest medical technology exhibition on the American east coast.

Designers make beautiful and esthetic products. Organic light diodes as light sources are extremely flat and deliver a cozy, glare-free light. This is reason enough to ask, how organic light diodes (OLEDs) can contribute to esthetic products. Questions like these were addressed at the first creative workshop hosted by the COPT.CENTRE, an organic electronics research facility in Cologne, Germany, and the IHK Cologne, the local Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

The President of the Saxon parliament, Dr Matthias Rößler, received the EU Commissioner for budget and personnel, Günther H. Oettinger in Dresden. Together they visited Heliatek and got a view of the production facility. Dr Martin Pfeiffer, one of the Founders, and Dr Ralph Wichtendahl, vice Ppresident operations, shared the latest information on technical and sales developments of the company.
