Ynvisible Interactive Inc. (Vancouver, Canada) has appointed Alex Langer as a new independent member of its board of directors effective 3 June 2021. Concurrent with the appointment of Alex Langer, current board member Duarte Mineiro will be stepping down. Following these changes, Ynvisible's board will be composed of six directors, four of whom are independent.

The founder and previous majority shareholder Tino Petsch has also sold part of his share package and will withdraw from the operative business. His former fellow board member, Uwe Wagner, will continue to manage the business of 3D-Micromac AG with overall responsibility.
